The federal government has proposed legislation to end rotating strikes by Canada Post employees. The government says Canadians need to know they can rely on mail delivery, especially with the holiday season fast approaching. The union which represents mail carriers is furious though, accusing the government of violating workers' rights and promising to fight the legislation in court.
